病历摘要：患者女性，20岁。患者一年前因地震害怕而感觉右手活动不灵、颤抖，症状逐渐加重。一个月后左手及两下肢也颤动，月经不规则。外院诊断为神经官能症，住院治疗一个月无效，50天前来我院门诊，诊断为功能性震颤，经针灸和服中药，病情略有好转，回家一个月后症状再现，因肢体震颤而不能写字和劳动，再次来门诊复查。体查：一般情况良好，表情欣快，各颅神经未见异常。四肢有大幅度节律性扑翼样运动，头颈也有伸曲的节律性运动，在随意运动时加重，肌力、感觉、反射正常。
