今年以来,投资高位运行且存在反弹压力。上半年,全社会固定资产投资增速虽然比去年同期回落 3.9个百分点,但与一手度相比加快了2.2个百分点。
今年以来,流动性过剩问题依然比较突出,货币信贷增长较快。上半年我国贸易顺差累计高达 1125亿美元,同比增长83.1%,随着国际收支持续“收”大于“支”,大量外汇涌入,为银行体系注入了巨额流动性。6月末,广义货币供应量M:同比增长17.06%,高于年初确定的16%的预期目标;上半年人民币贷款新增2.5万亿元,接近去年全年新增贷款的80%。
