Hong Kong is the name of a island of China. Many years ago the island of Hong Kong was belonged to China. It had a good port. Ship often stopped there. Most of the ships came to Britain. They came to China buy and sell many things. But then war began among China and Britain. In 1864 the Chinese and the British came to the meeting. That was the end of the war. On the meeting the island of Hong Kong was given to the Britain. No many people lived in Hong Kong at first. But soon a lot of people came.
